Here is UBQTY’s proposal for ITIL® 4 Foundation Training and Certification. This training course is meant for those interested in learning ITIL best practices as well as those aiming to get ITIL foundation certifications.

 

This draws on ITIL® 4 certified UBQTY facilitator’s international experience in ITSM, training (as well as complimentary project management) in a Global Fortune 500 Company and training different clients in different industries across 3 continents. Our globally recognized trainer is also the Founding president of the ITSMF Philippines and has been using ITIL since 1998 and providing training since 2012. Objectives

 

The training is a two, full day course, to be conducted on mutually agreed dates.

 

Our certified, experienced facilitators will provide contextualized and related examples to:

• Relevant lessons to [COMPANY] trainees and applicable to key client;

• Fit participants' existing job descriptions, past, and current experiences;

• [COMPANY] business and IT development programs.

 

The facilitators will provide ample support (sample paper or exams) and coaching, drawing on his (or their) ITIL foundations, intermediate, and examination experience. Participants who are not ready by the end of the course have the option of taking the certification exam later on.

 

Expected Outcome

 

The training will introduce [COMPANY] participants to the key elements, concepts and terminology used in ITSM ITIL best practice. The course will also prepare trainees to take and pass the certification exam.

 

 

Inclusions

 

• Two (2) days of ITIL Foundation lecture, including exercises, and quizzes;

  • The course is backed by Axelos’ examination institute, EXIN, and accredited training organization, Vinsys.
