ABOUT THE COURSE
To deliver the best possible Project Management Fundamentals training, UBQTY Inc. has partnered up with PM PrepCast™, a PMI registered education provider, to deliver a blended learning course that utilizes PM PrepCast™’s self-study tools and UBQTY’s project management industry expertise.
By signing up for this class, you will have the benefit of attending virtual sessions and receive access to self-study like the PM PrepCast.
This blended approach allows you to participate in virtual classroom training, deepen the instruction, and practice your knowledge with self-study.
OBJECTIVE
Provide a blended learning program for project management training using PM PrepCast’s e-learning platform paired with UBQTY’s facilitator-led training. In a way that:

Participants will gain knowledge of the basic concepts, tools, approaches, and industry best practices on project management;

Training is aligned with the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK®) 6th Ed., ANSI/PMI 99-001-2017, ISO21500), PRINCE2 (2017) and; UN, ADB, JICA, USAID best practices in monitoring and evaluation of developmental projects;

Participants are equipped with working knowledge of project management, benefits realization management, and monitoring and evaluation;

Skills, techniques, and tools for scheduling and monitoring projects are applied by participants on projects moving forward;

Participants are more able to effectively and efficiently manage, monitor, and evaluate projects;

There is a higher chance of success in delivering projects on schedule, on budget, and with the intended, expected outcomes.

PMP, ITIL MP, PMI ATP Instructor
Pabs is a thought leader project, program and portfolio (P3M) manager, and ITSM professional, consultant and trainer. He is also a Project Management Institute (PMI) Authorized Training Partner (ATP) Instructor. Pabs has 26 years’ experience in areas ranging in digital transformation, IT, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, R&D, industry 4.0, business intelligence, analytics both in the private and public sector. His work has been recognized by the Asia Shared Services Outsourcing Network for Excellence in Improvement & Innovation in 2013. Pabs has pioneered blended training since 2011. He has given talks to PMI, ISACA, itSMF, Society of Manufacturing Engineers, PSME, and EDUTech, Pabs is a qualified ITIL trainer. He has provided ITIL, P3M, Wellness and other corporate skills training across 3 continents. He is a lecturer at the Ateneo de Manila University, University of the Philippines, and the Development Academy of the Philippines.
Emmanuelle Protasio
Noelle is a Change Management consultant with more than 25 years’ experience in corporate and government organizations, both small and large-scale. She has extensive experience in organizational diagnosis and the design and facilitation of large-scale as well as small group, executive level interventions. Her most recent clients are the Ateneo de Manila University (different departments, including IT), DMCI Homes, DSWD, the Energy Development Corporation and the Career Executive Service Board of the Civil Service Commission. She has designed and facilitated conversations to clarify business or agency directions, build synergy across teams, improve business processes and build capabilities. She has been Lead for the virtual Facilitator-Led Sessions of the Project Management Fundamental training since 2020 with various participants from the private and public sectors.
